I've managed to tap up all and sundry in the office and have just got over the £800 maek which I'm which I'm well impressed with :)

As a DJ and promoter I've had plenty of experiance in making sure people know about the stuff I'm doing. I was in the paper last year during the event and that helped raise the awareness of Tacheback so I told them that this year I wanted to beat last years 4th place as well as raise as much money as I could, hence the article lol. Ive got it on my website, on Facebook, you name it lol.

If I'm doing an event I always try and blag something from the big companies that are relavent to what I'm doing hence King of Shaves. The worst they can say is no (thats if they even bother to reply). As it happens, King of Shaves have said the will up their donation if I will keep my Tache untill the 8th of October and then meet up with their Roadshow in Newcastle that day and let them shave it off. So thats a done deal ha ha. I think I might bleach and dye it a different colour for that lol.

As for the Cage Fighting I would love to compete but due to the fact I couldnt fight my way out of a paper bag I decided to MC them instead, that way I get paid to say a few words and watch the show ringside lol. I do a few shows around the UK and love it, it's not the barbaric sport people think it is.

Very nice work there on the fundrasing Gavin a credit to the tache growing community, I'm tapping up all I can on the ground now and will have more to show for our efforts soon.

Will you be at the party next week my any chance for the "tache off" ?

Yeah thats an article from the local paper, I'm it it every other week for my various Charity events as well as my other events and nights as aDJ. It's good to get more advertising and raise awareness for this great cause, I just wish they had useda better pic instead of one that makes my head look round lol.

It's hard getting money of the same people so I just emailed a few big companies just in case, every now and then you get a reply from them, this time King Of Shaves did. I actually got a reply from Will King who is the Big Boss Man and they've made a donation of £100 which is fantastic considering they normally sponsor famous people lol. The way I see it is it's allways worth ablag haha.

I wish I could've joined you for a drink but I'm working then, as it happens I'm in your neck of the woods on the 12th October doing an MMA show in Dalkeith

I had my last shave on Sat as it was my Daughters Birthday and I had to look presentable for the photos lol but it's getting there, I''ll have the Tache shaved in by the weekend I think if not before. I've also got an apointment at the hairdressers next week to get it bleached and dyed, I'll post the pics as and when it happens.

Well I'm wanting to come first (no innuendo indended of course) and when I tell you what I have planned for the last working day of the month I think you'll agree that I probably deserve it :-)

As you know, I'm modelling my tach on any number of 70s p0rn stars. Since I've made so much money, I told folk that I'd dress up as a 70s p0rn star.

So, Friday the 28th, I'll be wearing purple flares, loud shirt (unbuttonned half way down my chest), medallion, wig and big sun glasses to work. I've also called a drinking session after work so will be going around Edinburgh like that! Cask and Barrel from 13:30 if anyone's about :-)
