On another note i would like to thank everyone on facebook from my group, friends lists and friends freinds list for all of your votes and sponsors this month, as you can see, a few certain individuals have got the face on. But thanks everyone, i will be collecting sponsors over the next couple of weeks. cheers

Firstly, for you guys that think it was cheating that got me to number one spot then you couldn't be any further from the truth!! secondly there is nothing to gain from the number one spot!! thirdly i was only 5000 votes behind first place yesterday morning! and finally rather than accuse people of cheating why don't you grow up and just ask me how come i had so many votes?? well i will let you all in on a little secret!!! FACEBOOK well over 1 million people not only did all my friends, old school friends, colleagues, former colleagues etc etc etc and i also formed a group to raise money and votes, so before all you losers that have sat at a computer for the last 30 days voting for themselves accuse me of cheating, why dont you try and remember why we are all doing this??? and whoever it is that keeps going on about a script runner, firstly i dont know what one is and secondly if your that obssessed with one then get one!! as i have better things to do than get abused for raising money for charity and having abit of a laugh, which thanks to a few individuals that have no common sence hasnt happened this year.

Well done on the speed of your computers for automatically voting during the night - it's lucky you didn't bring down the whole Internet!

If I was asked, I would say that it is impossible to have got the number of votes you have (overnight) without a little automated help. No wonder the Tacheback server was sluggish responding last night :-p

I think we have scared everyone off with our Fighting prowess and superb top lip hairdo's. It's been a great fight and very enjoyable, roll on next year as I'll have to come back and defend my title lol. You have been a very worth opponant so far and the last few days will be nerve racking but I'll be happy i've improved on last years placing.

I blagged King of Shaves to sponsor me and they have which was fantastic. They emailed me today asking If i would be prepared to keep the Tache for another week so that when the King of Shaves Tour bus rolls into Newcastle they want me to go and let them shave it off in front of everyone, in return they will up their donation. So im well chuffed with that...I think I'll get it bleached again and get it dyed a different colour lol

That's fighting talk that is lol. My hat goes off to you mate for putting up a great fight and really giving me a run for other peoples money ha ha, with only a few days left let battle commence and may the best tache win

With regards to the message below, please diregard it and carry on voting and sponsoring as normal. Sarah from Tache Back has just phoned me and explained to me that the comments were not left by her or her team, and that she is disappointed with the comments that some individuals have left. Therfore i would like to apologise to Sarah, and i will be continuing in my quest to raise money for this charity.

Could all of my supporters please refrain from voting, as i am pulling out of this fundraising event. All donations were very much appreciated, however i will be returning all money to those who sponsored me. This year tache wars will be won by the person who raises the most cash, and not as last year, wher whoever was in 1st position won. This infomation was emailed to me, around the start of the month from tache back, unfortunately as you can see i have been accused of cheating and not raising enough cash, those who know me are aware that the amount was going to be updated on a weekly basis and as just explained their is nothing to gain for coming first. Apparently the voting finished at midnight - or at least that's what I waqs told when I e-mailed them last week. I'm surprised they've not shut off the voting yet though!

Thank you for your comments PEANUT, just for the record all votes are kosha! but like you say its for cancer! i couldnt care less if i came last, but its nice to see there are people out there supporting me on my quest to raise a little cash for a good cause, fortunatly i have not been unfortunate enough to have cancer, however there are people out there that have and the money we raise regardless of how big or small is all going to a very good cause, whether you have raised 10 grand or ten pence i would like to say well done to everyone that has taken part in tache wars. I'm at ranked 14th right now, and, while it's nice to be in the top 20, I never did it for the fame or fortune. I am a "Cancer Survivor" (testicular) and am proud to be part of this awareness campaign. Don't forget people, we're doing this to save lives, and frankly, I don't care if EL ROACHO LIBRE's votes are kosha or not....

I was 1000 votes behind at 0800 Hrs this morning, employees, family, and friends all know the votings nearly over and are voting to make me number one, no cheating how can you fix votes? and as for MR T's comment " its for charity, every little helps" how can you say the money i have raised is rubbish, i find that offensive its not about how much or how little you have raised its about people who actually get off there backsides to raise money for a good cause.

Like Rusty, I can't believe this is Kosher. I know how much effort it has taken to get Rusty's score where it is and there's quite a few of us supporting him.

A tip for your growth issues Mr Ginger Stubble, and anyone else that wants a man tache. You should feed your tache at least four times a week with what us men call "BEER" and lots of it!! this will enable your tache to to grow big and strong for the next tache wars.

Please refrain from drinking alco-pops, wine and any other girly drinks this will instantly kill your tache. Now go my brave warriors and grow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahh Mr Stud Muffin, its not a beard just a very long well groomed tache, which unfortunately is that long i have to tuck it behind my ears so i dont trip over it, it is also the difference between 1st place and 169 which i believe is the spot that you are occupying at the moment

I wish I could get my sideys to touch the tache, but alas it is not to be :o(

I haven't collected sponsorship from employees or family yet, i will be doing that next week! The amount raised so far is from a sponsor form that is glued to the wall in my local boozer. The total will get ammended when i get a chance to go and get the latest total from the pub.

Despite your ability to get votes and stay on the leader board, I can't help but notice that you're a little light on sponsorship :-(

If you are the boss, can you not force them all to sponsor you as well? :o)

Very determined RUSTY, i suppose its one of the perks of running your own company, vote or lose your job, simple as that.
