Statement

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Here at AIG, we have been racking our brain to think of a brilliant way to raise funds for a charity that is close to all of our hearts. After much delibertation we discovered that the most effective way of doing this is to make ourselves look like complete and utter plonkers!!!!!! The Chaps here at AIG Private Client Group have endeavoured to grow (or try to grow in some cases) the most ridiculous facial hair ever witnessed, all for your viewing pleasure. All sponsorship will go directly to the 'everyman' charity organisation which is an organisation dedicated to tackling male related cancer and is part of the institute of cancer research. The funds raised by 'everyman' are invaluable to cancer research and are responsible for saving thousands of lives a year. Growing will commence on the 28th August 2008 and the final specimens will be unveiled on the 30th September 2008. We will also provide weekly updates to brighten up your Monday mornings. Please show your support for a cause we feel deserves all of the help we can give and sponsor Matthew Askew, Gavin Krombas, Charl Bouwer, John Hollman, Jeremy Mercer, Simon Reid, Andy Williamson and Mike Wimbridge and help us to make complete fools out of ourselves. Jeremy Baggott has also agreed to be our Middle East Ambassador in this fundraising event. On a related note, it has recently been scientifically proven that there is a direct link between sponsorship amount and facial hair growth so please give generously.
